31.15 consumers should notify Scostar.cn immediately after knowing that their account password has been falsely used. Scostar.cn shall immediately notify the consumer and suspend the payment behavior instructed by the account when it knows that the consumer’s account password has been falsely used, and suspend accepting the subsequent payment instructions of the account. Scostar.cn shall bear all losses incurred by consumers after they go through the procedures of notifying that their account passwords have been falsely used; The losses incurred by the user before handling the procedures of fraudulent use of the account password shall be borne by the consumer, but only under the following circumstances:
